Account Setup & Management

How do I create a Baefun account?

Click “Sign Up” in the header and enter your email, choose a username, and set a password. You’ll get a verification email to activate your account.

Can I update my profile and payment info?

Yes. Go to your profile page, where you can edit personal details, change your avatar, and update payment methods under the “Account Settings” tab.

How do I log out of all devices?

In your profile, go to “Security” and click “Log Out of All Devices.” This will sign you out across all active sessions.

Streaming Experience

What devices are compatible with Baefun?

Baefun works on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and major smart TVs (via web browser or apps). We also support Chromecast and AirPlay.

How do I start watching live streams?

Simply browse the live feed, click on any streamer’s channel, and press Play. Tokens may be required for interactive features like tipping or chat access.

Can I record or save streams?

Yes, if you have the “VIP” or “Creator” tier, you can save live or VOD content to your device. Note that DRM-protected content may not be downloadable.

Payments & Tokens

How do I buy tokens?

Click the “Buy Tokens” button in the header. Choose a plan (e.g., 100, 500, or 1000 tokens), select PayPal (or other methods), and complete checkout.

Do tokens expire?

No — tokens purchased on Baefun are valid indefinitely, unless otherwise specified for special promotions or bundles.

What happens if a stream goes down mid-stream?

We monitor uptime in real-time and automatically compensate users with tokens or credits if stream outages exceed our 99.5% SLA threshold.

Privacy & Security

How does Baefun protect my personal data?

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your payment info is handled securely via PayPal and never stored on our servers.

Can I delete my Baefun account?

Yes. Go to “Settings” → “Account” and select “Delete Account.” You can choose to anonymize or fully delete your data.

What data is shared with streamers?

By default, streamers can see your username, avatar, and activity (e.g., views, tips). You can adjust privacy settings to restrict this.
